Process

All products are printed on-demand and therefore will be  shipped upon order. In average, our products are printed and shipped on the same business day. Delays might occur during holidays and due to weather conditions.

Estimated shipping delivery times:

Your order will be sent out on average within 3-5 days upon ordering.

WORLDWIDE ORDERS

Zone 1 (Europe ++):

  • Countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech, Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United, Kingdom
  • Orders will be delivered within 5-10  business days. Delays may happen due to weather conditions or during holidays. A tracking code will be provided.
  • The shipping cost is calculated on checkout step and we’ll provide different rates for you to choose.

Zone 2 (USA & Canada):

  • Orders will be delivered within 3-5 Business days
  • The shipping cost is calculated on checkout step and we’ll provide different rates for you to choose.

Zone 2:(Rest of the world):

  • Orders will be delivered within 10-20  business days. Delays may happen due to weather conditions or during holidays. A tracking code will be provided.
  • The shipping cost is calculated on checkout step and we’ll provide different rates for you to choose.

Shipping Classes:

Shipping Rates are calculated automatically depending on your order items characteristics, quantity and location. Normally, you should see:

  • Economy class (5-10 business days)
  • Flat Rate class (5-10 business days)
  • Standard class (3-5 business days)
  • Express class (1-3 business days)

International shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

We do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Order never arrived:

If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!

First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.

Returns policy

Damaged items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us within a week’s time!

Wrong size:

If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.
